This is confusing. I put in all the same details of dual fuel usage, tariff and current supplier with Energy Helpline and Money supermarket and suppliers all come up different. In Energyhelpline EDF come in at second from top with fixed at £1310 per year. In Moneysupermarket EDF come 9th with £1673 per year. Surely they are the same price. Why is there a £300 difference between comparison sites with the same details entered?

Confused :-(

Shouldn't happen but tariffs are complicated. Try a couple more comparison sites and look for a consensus. I suggest TheEnergyShop and uSwitch.
  • and of course use your annual consumption figures rather than current direct debit .
