Natwest Purple debit card

Good afternoon all,

I Opened a Select account with Natwest who I do all my main banking with. I spoke to someone on the phone last week regarding the type of debit card I will recieve He said It will be the purple version. Recieved my card a few days a go and it's the blue one:(.
How do I ensure I get the Purple card and whats the fastest way of doing it?

You will need to speak to your branch or lending to see if you qualify for one.

Tell them you want the Equivalent of the old CGC card.

I spoke to online banking earlier. They coudn't change the card type on the system, So they said give it a few weeks/Months then I may be eligible for it.
