Got my refund

Some of u may remember the top i bought off a seller that was disgusting,covered in food and stains and stunk.i opened a case as the reply i got was 'wasnt when i sent it' ebay messaged me today giving me the choice to escalate to customer service which i did as she hasnt refunded, contacted me or replied to the case and it said it could take 48hrs,seconds later i get an email to say i have been refunded :j now i need to leave her feedback,hmmm what shall i put 
Also what do i do with the top,bin it? no mention of me sending it back

Just keep the feedback factual, there's nothing to be gained by larding it with silly statements. You might come across badly and you want this to stick and hurt the seller like heck. Just put something like "Top was stained and dirty and seller refused to refund until forced to."

Probably another of ebays no fault refund or whatever they're called where the seller doesn't pay the refund, ebay does.0
