Epson 525 default settings help

We have an Epson SX525WD printer and it prints great photos, text etc so no problems with anything in that respect. What I am wondering is if there is anyway to set print preview as a default setting so any time someone presses print they get their preview first. In the settings I can check the print preview box press apply and get a preview when printing at that particular time, but the next time printing is done it reverts back to printing withouit the preview. My OH prints a lot for her work but she has a tendency to just print and it doesn't always work resulting in a lot of waste paper/ink and nagging her to keep going through the settings each time just causes arguments. Any help would be grateful before I end up being a caveman and just bashing her on the head with a club

Try their live chat as it should retain the setting if you are doing them from start, devices and printers, right clicking the printer, clicking printer preferences

Thanks - I have done it that way and still won't stay as a default I will give this a try

If I could thank you twice I would - tried the custom setting box and left everything as it was apart from the print preview which I checked, called it by a different name and now working every time. :beer:
