Maybe wrong board, if so, apologies.
I just had the most irritating conversation with Admiral, my current car insurer. along the lines of :-
Do you want this? Nope. This? Nope. This? Nope. Nope.
My Q is :- How long are they obliged to keep their recorded tapes for? Reason being, I hung up on them. Don't want that taken as a Yes answer?

I don't think they are obliged to keep recorded tapes... or even make recordings in the first place.
In any case, in my experience (not with Admiral), the recordings always seem to be conveniently 'lost' whenever there is a dispute.0 -
You hung up, Oh dear what if they ticked yes to the other 99 questions they were going to ask?
Usually says calls maybe recorded not all calls will.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
The only answer is record everything yourself. Although if they have added anything they will probably remove it if you kick up a fuss.0
