HELP

i have just recieved a letter from BLACK HORSE saying that they disagree with my PPI claim and that i was sold it on a sound basis??

Can any one help as to what the next stage i should go through.

    If you are not happy with this outcome (which you propabably aren't), you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.

    It is completely free to use:

    http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/

    or you can call them on 0800 023 4567 and they will go through the next step with you. 74% of claims which go through FOS regarding Black Horse are found in favour of the customer, just check with the FSA register whether Black Horse was being regulated at the timeyour PPI policy was taken out.
