Hi, posted this on Pepipoo, got a couple of responses saying there may be some mileage in challenging on the use of "Central Processing Unit".
I bumped the thread but got no more responses.
Does anyone know which act states that it has to be the "Enforcement Authority" that issues the ticket etc. This PCN swaps between Mansfield DC & CPU a bit.

because you had parked there before ?
How long do they allow to buy a ticket,, 1 minute including printing the ticket within the same minute ?
Observed 14.57 to 14.57 and ticket issued at 14.57

Bump your pepipoo thread again youreds, early evening is a good time otherwise your thread soon falls lower down page one on pepipoo. I spent 3 hours!! on there last night answering threads which had fallen to page 2 without a response (SchoolRunMum). But I do not know which regs say it has to be the Enforcement Authority - you would need others to confirm.
Or pm the most knowledgeable pepipoo person on regs, such as Bogsy or Bama.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
