    Hi

Fast tracked? not sure about that, but do you mean your case has been resolved and they are fast tracking the payment for you, or fast tracked as a reclaim?

    Sorry if I have misread.

  • I called Lloyds yesterday to check whether my loans had PPI. To their credit they have a dedicated hotline for PPI claims and queries, and seem so far to be doing all they can to help anyone, so i'd suggest calling them and asking if you're not sure what it means. I'd assume that being fast-tracked is a good thing though?

apparently 14 days (give or take) after you are told you are on the spreadsheet you should get your cheque ,for the time being until the 10th october im going to give them the benefit of the doubt because the manager I demanded to speak to was quite certain that it would be on its way to me then as I made it quite clear I was sick of the usual line 'we cannot give a time scale' they work day in day out in the bank they can certainly make a well educated guess
