    Yes, I'm hoping to use some sheep's milk as I love pecarina cheese :p

    As far as the knacker rings go, I'm not altogether sure they're needed when it's planned to take the young rams for slaughter in the first year.

    Just a reminder. Sheep don't give vast amounts of milk for any great length of time and their lambs have to be taken away from them at birth. For obvious reasons.
