Yes, I'm hoping to use some sheep's milk as I love pecarina cheese

As far as the knacker rings go, I'm not altogether sure they're needed when it's planned to take the young rams for slaughter in the first year.If you feel my comments are helpful then I'd love it if you 'Thanked' me!

Just a reminder. Sheep don't give vast amounts of milk for any great length of time and their lambs have to be taken away from them at birth. For obvious reasons..................
