Editing eBay Control Panel Layout

I opened a second account a few months ago and it is a real pain, the layout of it is entirely different to my main account but I cannot seem to find any way to edit the layout, am I missing some simple way to do this?
In my first account I can archive items that I have sold, and on the right hand side of each item I have sold I can click on the icons to get access to the buyers details and write notes and leave feedback, on the new account these icons are unclickable.

Is your first account showing your sales in selling manager?DirtPoorGuy wrote: »I opened a second account a few months ago and it is a real pain, the layout of it is entirely different to my main account but I cannot seem to find any way to edit the layout, am I missing some simple way to do this?

Thank you, my first account is 10 years old so needless to say some of the things I did when I set it up have faded from memory, when you mentioned selling manager I realise that I didn't have that option on my second account, and I didn't know where to start looking, so I copied the link http://k2b-bulk.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SMSummary&ssPageName=STRK:ME:BRED from my first account and pasted it into my second account and got the option to activate selling manager, hopefully I will start to get my sanity back one it is activated.0
