Hi
Can anyone tell me an easyway of applying both headers and footers, then page numbering with the first page ommitted?
The way I have been shown is complicated - basically - header and footer first. Then you do the page numbering. This then 'kicks out' the header and footer, so you then have to completely re-enter the header and footer! This seems ridiculous to me and am hoping someone knows of a simplified method.
Many thanks
Terri
