First joint account with OH

Just tried to post this and for some reason it didn't work :mad:

Anyway

Has anyone got any advice on a good first joint account for me and OH. We do not currently live together but are planning to soon so want to start saving for household bits and bobs.

Would preferably like an account with internet banking and a debit card but other than that we have no other requirements.

Any ideas??

    Halifax reward account gives what you want and if you pay in £1k a month you are given £5 reward each month thats a free £60 every year.

    But what about your respective existing account providers? If you're happy there just pick one of those providers and open a joint account there.

    However, if you're "saving", then why a current account and not a savings account?

    If you really do want a current account paying interest then consider LTSB Vantage or Santander.
