hmmm NEW INFO RE LLOYDS PPI

Just got through to someone after finding a free phone number
0800 0969779, do not press any buttons just ask for the PPI department
I was on hold for 40 mins and I got through to someone who gave the following information
Approx 600 chqs and 600 BACS are issued each day :eek: is that it??
Now saying 6-8 weeks re payment - so going by my letter dated 12th august they have till next friday 7th october to cough up, otherwise it will be another phone call to them

They seem to keep changing the process, seems that earlier claims you didnt have to do anything but then the changed the process and you did have to send an acceptance.
Think this is why the information being given is so inconsistent because things keep changing.0 -
I got an offer letter with example
Of amounts, I took it off my own back to call them
And to verbally agree the amount over the phone0
