Used voucher last night.
This is a new voucher(apparently)so she just checked that it was ok with supervisor as she hadnt seen it before.

I tried to use this voucher in the Cheshunt shop last night and it was refused on the basis that they didn't know anything about it and the Manager wasn't there! They said it didn't look legit since their vouchers are normally glossy!

I'm phoning them later to demand some money back since I had to pay full price!

Anyone else had any problems?

Yes, I've had problems ..... Went to Liverpool restaurant, firstly the Manager wouldn't take my vouchers (they were black and white) but a friend had two with her. When we paid, the supervisor WOULD NOT LET US USE TWO. There were four of us and she made us pay for THREE, even though the offer was

THE OFFER WAS BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. I wrote to both the Head Office and restaurant concerned and 'phoned Trading Standards.

So beware - you could have problems!
