Hsbc ppi claim

Hi, i have put in a claim for a personal loan and a credit card from hsbc. Hsbc logged my claim on 6th sept 2011. I am aware that they have 12 weeks to deal with my claim. However i am wondering if it is likely to be quicker than this.
The loan has been paid off but the credit card account has been sold on to a debt collection agency who i am paying via a debt management company pay plan.
Can anyone help please

Your gonna need to be patient as it will probably last the full course for a reply.
It took 16 weeks plus 8 days to me having my pip award into my account.
Patience certainly is a virtue.
I would suggest sending off your claim and then take it out of your mind.0 -
My claim, although recently upheld by the FOS, has been going on since feb 2010!!0
