Any ideas on generating more 'visits' to my website?

You can join groups on LinkedIn too, participate in the chats. There is also a Q&A section where people ask questions and others answer them - by answering them you are perceived as an expert. The more you network with people, the more you connect with them and if you keep your website interesting then you will get more visitors.0

Is your end goal more visits, or more sales? Visits are easy enough, but you only (I assume) want relevant visitors. Make your website a call to action "call now!" Or "email me for a free initial consultation", then make yourself a series of youtube vids directing traffic to your site - make the vids good and short and designed to show off your supernatural abilities, make predictions every week, if you get enough right, people will find you and check you out.0

Make sure that you have a website that you want people to see before you start promoting it. With your profession, first impressions are going to be everything so ensure you are happy with it before you spend money asking other people to look at it.
Google etc will look at your site and want to see regular, original content related to your topic so plug away and people will start linking to your site and it will build a reputation but don't ever dismiss the power of social networking, I would think with Facebook, Twitter and Google + you could run your whole business without having a website at all.0 -
