Sold a designer Kids top, went for £1.89 and postage. Buyer failed to pay so I opened a dispute after 6 days. They then paid on the 3rd day of that. I posted 1st class the same afternoon and they leave me a neutral less than 24hrs later saying ''Took ages to get my top'' :mad: What a utter plank. So I messaged them asking to revise the FB as it was a under 24hr delivery..then I get a message saying it was because the top was not like the picture.
Put it this way, they should be glad I dont have a stick that goes from my laptop to theirs or I would have hit them with it!
I did strike lucky with CS though and got 'Robin Banks' on live chat..he may be a criminal but he removed the neutral for me lol
