i made 180 euro cash yesterday on a dtd .
buttlers chocs scanned at 14.99 the price on the s.e.l. (shelf) was 3.75 . i got 8 boxes as that was all there was
thats 11.74 difference x2 . making me a whopping 180 euro give or take a penny . plus 120 euro of free chocs lol . i love dtd

the store manager was most unhelpful
1st telling me they just paid the difference in price after leaving me standing for a half hour . when i explained my right to dtd his face dropped as dtd has only been here in ireland since this year
i then complained to head office about how this manager tried to rip me off and treated me and...... now there posting me out 10euro gift card
not bad for a half hours shopping

i am not sure if i made a gabbit post or not . if i did apologise . just an example of dtd working just a day ago

There have always been posts like this on the grabbit board. Stop being so moany everyone! It is not other MSErs fault that some of us use a phone to log on.

OP, I know it stings when you realise you have been lied to, but if we had as many DTDs as CS lies, we would be even better off. CS will try and say anything, especially when they know you have had dtd recently. They hate it. It cuts into their shares and bonuses. I would have asked to see a copy of the memo. At least once a week there will be a forum member whose CS has told them that they aren't doing dtd anymore and while one day it will probably be correct, it is not likely that it is today.
