ppi reclaim over 6 years

can someone please help me, ive been missold my ppi by Southern Pacific personal loans in 2004. I think they have gone into liquidation. Can i still apply for my ppi back? also who would i contact to help in this situation. thanks for any assistance. karen

If they reject your complaint, even though the FSA will not be able to adjudicate against a business who are not regulated, they may suggest the underwriter avenue, but first things first, do pursue the broker, and see what they come back with, good luck.The one and only "Dizzy Di"
