Help needed with ebay shop please.....

Hi,

I have been ebaying for quite a while and I have been unsure about whether to open an ebay shop, my fees are pretty high at the moment so hopefully the shop will reduce them. I decided to take up the free trial for 30days and see how it works out.

I am having problems already and I can't seem to work them out, Any help would be greatly appreciated

1) The shop name I have chosen is not great, Can I change this?

2) How can I design my own logo for my shop?

3) If I list my item not in my store will it still appear in my shop? and will I have to pay 2 lots of listing fees pay shop fees and listing fees?

4) If I list my item normally not in the shop part and it sells will I have to pay the 10% fvf or just the normal fvf?

5) All my listings are in Auctiva, Can I stil use Auctiva, if so how do I get my listings into my shop?

I have searched ebay to see how I can change my shop name but I can't see where, any ideas?

Manage My Shop
Display Settings
Basic Information - Change
and then Edit the name

As for logo, you just need a basic photo editing or graphic program.

Or perhaps any kind mse'r may offer to do quick logo for you, if you just just a quick outline of what you want.

If anyone would like to do me a quick logo that would be fab! What information do I need to give. I don't want to give my shop name as this would be promoting it on here and I am aware this is not allowed.

Also how long does a shop take to update...I added some categories a fair few hours ago and they still haven't updated?

A genera idea of what you would like the logo to look like. The shop name included in logo, and special pic you would like, a favourite colour perhaps. Could be done around the items youe sell

Could post a link to a listing, to let others see.
