Electricity bill query - what to do?
We live in a Victorian house, converted into 3 flats. The hallway electricity has it's own separate meter and the bill is split 3 ways. Our last quarterly bill was 0.75p.... very low usage! Now that EDF have introduced a standing charge our bill has increased by 13.15p per day!!! which equates to approx. £12 per quarter on top of the charge for the electricity used. Does anyone have any suggestions? What an increase......Thanks

Change supplier? Ask why they switched tariff? Ask to switch to a new NSC tariff?...0

thanks for the input guys....... will try and switch to NSC & see how it goes.0

it would have changed from NSC because the tariff you were on has ended - EDF has never offered the standard tariff as NSC.0
