Scottish Power and E18?
Had an issue with my Electramate boiler, just had the guy come out to fix it and I asked him what was the most economical way of saving on electric with this type of boiler. He suggested that maybe changing to Economy 18. I didn't even know this was available and haven't looked into it but was wondering if there's any logic in this?
I'm currently on Economy 7.
We rarely use electric during the day other than the very basics (fridge etc.) most washing is put on at night when the E7 has kicked in.
She works 8:30am-7pm most days, 5 days a week and I work usually 9am-11pm most days.
Is this worth looking into?
