HFC Bank PPI payout times

Has anyone had any dealing with PPI payouts from HFC bank?
I have had a claim with them for a loan I took out. I have had an offer letter through, which I quickly signed and sent back as an acceptance as I was happy with the offer.
I sent the letter recorded delivery for the next day, and the royal mail website confirms they received it.
My next question is, how long do they take to pay the funds directly into my bank account, of which I gave them the details of in the acceptance letter
Anyone dealt with HFC like this?
Thanks

Hi and well done on your success! And welcome.
My guess would be 28 days after they received the acceptance however there is no harm in contacting them just to make sure, they will confirm when to you.
I sent mine back a week ago and they did confirm about 28 days that the refund will be paid into my account, so will be keeping an eye on it, so I assume it should be the same for you too, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Di, as my adjuicator hopefully sent her calculations to HFC via email yesterday, and we know both loan claims have been upheld how long do you think it will be before l should expect to get a offer.0

Hi KIMY
When your case is being dealt with directly by the FOS, as soon as they send your details to the business, the adjudicator in my own experience should write to you and give you a timescale, going from my own experience with other businesses - they say if you hear nothing by 4 weeks, then re-contact the adjudicator, they normally chase this up for you, or you can do so yourself as well by then.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Many thanks, to be honest l dont think my adjuicator will send me a timescale, because HFC contacted me and advised me they had upheld both claims and where concerned that they where still awaiting the calculation for 2nd loan from adjuicator maybe now she has sent it they may respond quite quickly as my case is being dealt with by one specific lady in PPI department and she did say they would calculate the redress as soon as she got back to them (lets hope she did). Let you know when l hear something.
Thanks once again0
