Help with PPI claim with MMG

Hi Can anyone help...I was contacted by MMG (based in manchester) in July about a past PPI caim they asked me to send back signed forms which we did and I also rang them to ask if this claim was still valid because it was was a while ago when I had this loan fron Endevour Personal Finance After posting off the forms I have had no correspondance what so ever and when I try to call all I get is an aswering machine so I emaoed them and got no reply I did get one answered call but i was told the person I needed to speak to was in a meeting he never rang back...All I wanted to ask was did they receive my forms and is the claim going ahead I cant beleive this companyis so rude not returning calls has anyone else had any dealings with this company?

Why don't you write and "sack" them on the grounds that they have done no work and then complain yourself (assuming you have a valid complaint).
When did you take the loan out and did you have PPI?0
