    I've just emailed them to ask for an update and within a minute I have an email back saying they are sorry and will send a replacement to me (a very encouraging quick response)

    I'll keep you all updated if I receive anything

    UPDATE: small box of Celebrations received 18/1/12

    nothing here too. they sent an email to confirm it is sent but nothing after 1 mth!
