    LOL out some of the titles in the drop down list not even one for Mr.

    Thought it would be to much to go for king so I went for Lord instead.

    I got an email to confirm my address about a fortnight ago, but for some reason it went straight to my junk email. It said in the email something about shipping the boxes out over the coming weeks and months. I suppose it's a good thing their openly admitting it might take time to dispatch to everyone. HTH's someone. :)
