Batch file help - run File/Publish on each of 500 in turn, accepting default settings

Hello.

I’m looking for an easy way to batch process approximately 500 data files, but haven’t done this sort of thing since the DOS days of the 1980s:

The files are in a folder and its subfolders, and all have the same file extension which is associated with a corresponding application.

I need to open each one and use File/Publish from the menu and accept all the defaults before moving onto the next one.

The application cannot do this from the command line.

I’d prefer to keep them in their existing folder/subfolder.

Thank you.

If your appliction does not offer command line operation or some sort of internal scripting you cant easily batch automate the process.

In theory you can do UI or input automation but its really error prone and you'll need to find some software to help you out.
