Installing voucher printer on Windows 7

I've been trying for ages to get the SuperSavvyme/Before I shop voucher printer to install on my desktop which is running on Windows 7.
During the installation it says "Cannot create folder: " then blank. Then it quits. If I knew the folder name I could probably manually create it. I've emailed the company many times, but not had a single reply (not even a "we got your email"). The FAQ is okay, but only seems to deal with one minor installation issue, so my problem's not solved there either.
I've managed to install and use them on my laptop which has Vista (ugh) and on my family PC which has XP. Anyone have any ideas on getting this to work? I'm getting fed up of unplugging and replugging my printer from my desktop.

Does it make any difference if you right click the set up file and then choose run as administrator?0

Perhaps it's not Win7 compatible or there's something peculiar to your system which is preventing it from installing. Can you not set up a shared network printer to print from your Win7 desktop through to whatever system your printer is attached to?0

Trying to run as administrator just gives the same problem. I had a feeling it was something to do with Windows 7 and compatability.
I'd not thought of making a printing network... Maybe I should head over to the Grabbit Board and look for a good bargain on a wireless printer. :rotfl:Proud to be dealing with my debts!0 -
