I don't think I could've been clearer, I clicked through that link directly to Tom Tom and purchased there having received the additional discount from clicking through that site.

I went to the TomTom site via Topcashback and copied and pasted the discount code from satnav-dscounts when I got to TomTom's checkout. That gave me the discount AND cashback
(cashback is still showing as "pending" after several weeks though!) 0
