    Why get out when profits are super high due to low rates, right now and for the last 3 years is the best it has ever been! Of course I will get out at some point to retire but that won't probably be for another 10-15 years.

    it's a diabolical graph. a stacked area chart like that implies that flats' prices are about £25-30k. why not just use lines?
