Can I knock front wall down for a drive?

Hi guys,
I'm looking at 4 houses with my partner on Saturday and we're really excited!
3 of the houses fit the bill in terms of having a driveway and/or garage. The 4th house (unfortunately our favorite!) doesn't have a drive but is a million times better in other aspects. It does however have the kerb lowered outside it and all other houses in the row have driveways, in fact the one we're viewing looks odd in this sense. The house is the 3rd from a junction and the first 2 don't have a lowered kerb I guess because of the proximity to the junction, however the one we're viewing is the first of the rest of the "row" that has kerbs lowered. It also has a large 2-car shaped front garden.
Therefore, can I just knock down the wall and use it as a driveway given the fact the kerb is lowered already? I'm very skilled with hammers and destructions it's putting things back together again I'm not so skilled in so as DIY tasks go I could take this on myself.
Cheers!

Yes you can. This is presuming the local council provided the dropped kerb in the first place. It does sound a bit odd that it exists but you have a wall at the front of the garden!Everyone is entitled to my opinion!0
