Refunding Albert Hall event tickets

Just an update - I used Seatwave to sell my ticket, and got a buyer for it within a day of listing. And I sold it for more than I paid for it, so everything worked out perfectly! Seatwave even refund your postage costs for sending it to the buyer, too, so aside from the small cut of the profits that they take, I incurred no extra costs. I'd definitely use them again if I was in the same situation.0

I thought it was only illegal to sell them above their face value? Probably wrong however, also can you not give them away free with the purchase of something else?0

It is not illegal to sell on tickets (apart from football matches I think).
You can sell for whatever value you want.
The ticket seller may include a term in their contract with you to say you cannot sell the ticket on but in reality this is almost impossible for them to enforce unless they do a Glastonbury like ID system. I also remember a post on here where Wimbledon were chasing someone for selling tickets online.
Bear in midn if you put up whatseats you are in they can track the ticket and may cancel it - but thats a risk you take if you advertise online.0
