mums worrying about pension credit letter....

Hello, my mum recently received a letter from the pension service regarding her pension credit entitlement, it says to make sure she has received the correct entitlement they need to review information (they did try and do it on the phone but then posted out a short form instead). They are asking about her pension annuity, even though she is an income assesment period that is nowhere near ending . The form has to be returned by a certain date and in the letter they apologise if part of this info has already been provided or if she was advised they didn't need it, they do now . She is worrying herself now!
has anyone else had this or is it something to worry about?
thank you

Just a standard review, she should not worry and just supply the information requested.0

On the first anniversary of my pension credit I was asked again for proof of savings and a recent bank statement. As my savings had reduced I then received a higher amount of pension credit. So no need for your mum to worry. It's someone else's fault.0
