I don't think that the picture is flattering at all - looks quite aggressive and unwelcoming to me - also I hate it being so close to the Forum Jump 'Go' button as I nearly keep clicking on the picture instead.

Actually i am quite pleased to see who they are. I think they are jolly brave to have put their photos up as I know some of them have had some real flack from trolls when helping posters. Well done and keep up the good work.
