Egg Card Shock

Sent form off to Egg Card at the end of August, received an acknowledgement from them almost immediately stating they had a dispensation and would reply by 22nd November.
So settled in for a long wait but arrived home today to a letter from Egg agreeing the PPI was not suitable and enclosing a cheque for £8471.00.
I am in total shock :eek:
