Basic bank account closing due to tv licensing

Hi there new to the site so iam not too sure if i have posted it in the right section anyway .I contacted tv licence people via email on the 14/09 to cancel my direct debit for the 22/09 because i couldn't make the payment.As iam unemployed and juggling bills around .So they sent me a email(which i still have) back saying…
