Plastering quote

My next door neighbour has given me a quote for plastering our back bedroom. I was wondering if this was a good quote??

I don't think he'll do a bad job as being neighbours he wouldn't want the hassle. Hes been a plasterer for quite a while (30 years)

The room is 10x11 feet and needs walls and ceilings done. The plaster on one side of the window can be pulled off along the full height of the window to about 12 inches out.

Heres the quote:

Ceiling:
Fix plasterboards over existing ceiling.
Skim plaster finish.
Walls:
Prepare walls.
Repair window revel.
PVA glue the walls.
Skim plaster finish.

Labour and materials: £465.00

He reckons it would take 2 days or just over.

A family member is a plasterer and he thinks that is cheap, so if his work is good then it seems a very fair price.

Seems ok, I would ask him if he'll do it for a bit less for cash, normally works
