Stuck on excel problem

I have a worksheet in excel that has 8 columns and row 1 is titles of each column then each is followed by 3 data entries that are the same (1.0,2.0 & 2.1)and I am needing to have in column I all the combinations (6561) and in column J I need a list where no more than 3 the same value in each combination. At the moment I am trying to do this manually and I am getting lost and would love some help sorting this. Thank you so much for your time.

It's not entirely clear what you require in Columns I and J.

When you say all the combinations, what does the (6561) refer to?

Do you mean you wish to join the values in the data for each row?

Do you mean you want the values in a drop down list for you to select rather than enter manually?

Are the values in separate cells or together in a single cell?

How many different combinations are there, is it just 1.0, 2.0 and 2.1?

Ok, it's a little clearer but I'm still not quite picturing it.

Is it...
Each of the 8 Columns will have a single value of either 1.0, 2.0 or 2.1?
OR
Are they multi combination values in each cell eg. (1.0 1.0 1.0), (1.0 1.0 2.0), (1.0 1.0 2.1), (1.0 2.0 1.0) etc etc.?

Can you describe the first couple of rows exactly?

A1=? B1=? C1=? D1=? E1=? F1=? G1=? H1=?
A2=? B2=? C2=? D2=? E2=? F2=? G2=? H2=?
A3=? B3=? C3=? D3=? E3=? F3=? G3=? H3=?
A4=? B4=? C4=? D4=? E4=? F4=? G4=? H4=?

Better still, is there anyway you can attach an example spreadsheet?

EDIT - Ok, re-reading your posts it sounds like the lists you want in Column I and J are nothing to do with the contents of the rows in Columns A-H? You just want two lists, all possible value combinations (6561) in Column I, and only those combinations that contain 3 or less of any particular value in Column J? So you can select/copy from the lists instead of entering manually?

Sorry for delay in replying but some friends from church popped round just as I was replying

A1=Title,B1=Title,C1=Title etc to column H
A2=1.0,B2=1.0,C2=1.0 etc to column H
A3=2.0,B3=2.0,C3=2.0 etc to column H
A4=2.1,B4=2.1,C4=2.1 etc to column H
Column I = all combinations using 1 from each column so first would be
1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0 next would be
1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,2.0
1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,2.1
1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,2.0,1.0
1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,2.0,2.0
1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,2.0,2.1
1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,2.1,1.0 etc

Column J would have only combinations that have no more than three with the same value but still only one from each column.

1.0,1.0,1.0,2.0,2.0,2.0,2.0,2.1 for example
