One option, open Publisher, choose blank A4 Landscape, click insert, click picture, find the picture you want to use, click insert.
Move it to where you want it, left click the picture and hold the mouse button down, move the image, or use the squares on the outside of the image to resize it.
That is likely to be one half of the blank A4 Landscape.
Click insert, click draw text box
Left click and hold the mouse button down in a blank part, move the mouse until you have a box large enough for the text, release the mouse button.
Type the text
Click save, click the arrow for the dropdown menu, save as JPEG Interchangeable format, name the file and note where it is saving to
Open the file with an image viewer, such as irfanview, use that to rotate the image from landscape to portrait.

Yes, or you can do it in Word.
You have to print the lower right quarter as the front, then the upper left quarter as the inside, but this has to have upside-down text/picture so use a text frame and rotate it or use wordart and rotate it.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Top left, have you got file, if so, click that
Click save as
Then it will have two lines at the bottom, one for the file name, one for the file type, on the right of that is an arrow, click that, then it should show a list of file types, click jpeg0
