Photobox do all kinds of cards, including invitations. You can upload your own photograph to use and add text in a choice of fonts.
I've used them for other things and found them inexpensive (but not the cheapest) and with excellent service.

Can you get them to print the invitation words that I want? The reason being as I've found no where that makes these particular invitations.

One option, open Publisher, choose blank A4 Landscape, click insert, click picture, find the picture you want to use, click insert.

Move it to where you want it, left click the picture and hold the mouse button down, move the image, or use the squares on the outside of the image to resize it.

That is likely to be one half of the blank A4 Landscape.

Click insert, click draw text box

Left click and hold the mouse button down in a blank part, move the mouse until you have a box large enough for the text, release the mouse button.

    Type the text

Click save, click the arrow for the dropdown menu, save as JPEG Interchangeable format, name the file and note where it is saving to

Open the file with an image viewer, such as irfanview, use that to rotate the image from landscape to portrait.

Can I use this program to make the A4 into quarters. Then fold into a card?

Choose either portrait or landscape then insert the picture and text as before, though change the sizes to suit

Yes, or you can do it in Word.

You have to print the lower right quarter as the front, then the upper left quarter as the inside, but this has to have upside-down text/picture so use a text frame and rotate it or use wordart and rotate it.

Right I'm having a play round and have surprised myself I'm doing very well. I need to know how to save it as Jpeg interchangeable format.

This is for Publisher, didn't see jpeg as an option in Word

Click file, then save as, then use the drop down menu arrow on the right to find jpeg in the list.

I am using Publisher. I just can't find this option. :)

Edit: I don't have any drop down menu arrow on the right in my save as. ?

Top left, have you got file, if so, click that

    Click save as

Then it will have two lines at the bottom, one for the file name, one for the file type, on the right of that is an arrow, click that, then it should show a list of file types, click jpeg
