It's better to use their local number as you save £££s. You need to go to saynoto0870 dot com then enter lloyds tsb and look for 24/7 banking. Go through a few options but you'll find the ppi dept easy enough. 01733 347007

ring, dont press any numbers, wait and then ask to be put though to the ppi department.

this is the same number I have had for the last couple of weeks, attempt number 7 and still on hold after 40 mins...

I always used to press option 3 but have found that when I press option 4 I get through in about 15 mins.
