            It's better to use their local number as you save £££s. You need to go to saynoto0870 dot com then enter lloyds tsb and look for 24/7 banking. Go through a few options but you'll find the ppi dept easy enough. 01733 347007SPC = £15.54 #1413

ring, dont press any numbers, wait and then ask to be put though to the ppi department.

I always used to press option 3 but have found that when I press option 4 I get through in about 15 mins.0
