I've never had an issue with Groupons but know that often the spas etc get inundated and can't actually fulfill them. Groupon is basically an intermediary rather than the provider of the service - they don't fix the prices or anything that's done by the spa / supplier / restaurant / whoever.

One of the places I got a gropuon for extended the expiry on them as they had so many purchased that they couldn't do all the appointments in the time.

The two pedicures you quote look like they're at different places to be honest - I get at least one offer of a fish pedicure a week through groupon, usually at different places. (Worth a go - weird feeling and tickles!)

Have you contacted Groupon to ask why the original deal was cancelled?

The first groupon was for GarraSpa and the second groupon was for All your Life. Two different places

I have a groupon voucher for All Your Life and I will be going on the 13th October. They seem good.
