Could anone advise if there are any changes planned to the GPS system?
I have seen a discontinued GPS plotter advertised at a good price but just want to be sure the software will not be out of date in a couple of years.

If there was, Inmarsat's share price would hit the proverbial roof. I doubt there's anything extremely different in the near future as it would make current satnavs, smartphones, sat phones almost obsolete and outdated with an inferior technology0
