The issue is according to the Disability Discrimination Act the company should provide a reasonable alternative for a disabled person to access services independantly. I was NEVER offered this.

Presumably because validation issues arise from accepting a scanned copy?
What are you trying to achieve here? If you want the service, arranging to get a copy posted would seem the best way forward.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Other companies will accept this because the DDA requires reasonable alternative to provide same service.
This is just NOT right. I have been penalised simply because I cannot access postal services.

I'm still trying to get them to fix mine I'm onto my 3rd hub which has gone off and a 4th engineer visit. Having to wait at least 6 days but I understand why so many people have problems with the service!
I was told not to deal with technical and tweet them when I had a problem but there's only so Many times before you can be called a liar so now there's a letter of complaint going in about them nowSealed Pot Challenge #012

I would like to be on BT Basic NOT current one. I want them to comply with the DDA.
On their website they say they 'understand impairments' and 'help for those with special needs'.
