Problem with car tax online DVLA

Hi hope someone can help me.. I have been trying to get my car tax online and although I have managed to get to the end of the process and it says my insurance and MOT are verified when I click the NEXT button from this page I get this message..
Retrieval of secure URLs through none secure proxy is forbidden..
Under this it says....... CGIProxy 2.1 beta
I have clicked on it but it then gives me a great long page of infomation but doesn't tell me what I should do.....
HELP ANYONE...

Why not call DVLA and ask? I doubt anyone on here would have the answer, unless of course they worked at DVLA.A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.0 -
