Natwest/RBS Refund

Hi All,
Am due a £2500 refund from Natwest withing 28 working days. My paperwork is a little vague with regards to where to refund will be applied to as my loan is still active. I called the help line and was advised that aslong as my loan wasn't in arrears (which it isn't) then the money would be paid into my current account.
Just wondering if anyone else has had a refund from Natwest/RBS and how it was paid if you still have a loan/credit card active?

Hi
Well done on your success!
I have not had direct dealings with any of these, but banks can differ on how they refund.
In your case they are stating no arrears then it goes into your bank account, so for anyone who has arrears, it maybe that they will award so much to cover the arrears then send the remaining to the account holder account or cheque etc.
However, some on active accounts even with no arrears, are awarded towards the account, but its not always the same case for all banks. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
