Claims Guys!!!!!

Please help?!
I have been dealing with the claims guys for some time now and all I can say is there conduct is disgraceful, although I have received a far return the constant requests for payment and the threats if I do not pay (even when I have not recieved my money) are begining to grate on me greatly.
There lastest letter demands full invoice payment of £371 for a claim that I still have not recieved and refund! I told them I would call back on pay day (today) and make a payment, unfortunately due to other circumstances I was not able to make full payment but was able to make a good will payment of £100, they refused this!!!
I was promised yesturday that I would recieve my refund within the week, so I explained this good will payment was only going to be for 1 week then I would pay in full once I recieved my refund, they still refused!!
Does anyone know where I stand? I thought that offering to make part payment would be ok and was very suprised they refused, they are now threatening to pass my account to debt recovery!!??
If I would have know it would have been dealt with like this I would have never started the process, they are meant to helping me instead they are making my life a miserey!!
Any help or guidance on where I could go or how to complain about these cowboys (the only way I can discribe them) welcome.

Take a look at your contract, and do a quick calculation of their fee take vs what you have actually received...
Oh my, x% of zero is... zero! Therefore, until you receive your money, you owe TCG's precisely zip!
I am pretty sure that they cannot make demands of their fees based on a settlement you have not yet got - if they want their money that badly, get them to chase your payment for you, it's what you are paying them for after all!0 -
Someone else posted something very similar a day or two ago about this company.
The same thing applies to you as was said to them. You do need to pay what you agreed to pay but only when you have received the money.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
