Problem with latest Spybot update

Just downloaded the latest update for Spybot, and it hangs at coolWWWSearch.HomeSearch.
Seems I'm not alone....Spybot forum

It would seem the problem is with AVG. I turned off the Resident shield in AVG and Spybot scanned fine.i tHink, therEfore I'vE goT a BLOODY heAdAche0

If you read through the Spybot Forum, it mentions replacing the advcheck.dll file with the newer version (1.2.1.0) that can be downloaded.
This resolved the problem of it hanging on the coolwebsearch issue.
Total scan time on my system was 8 minutes.0 -

I've certainly noticed that with recent updates it seems to take much longer to perform a full scan. For me up from around 5 mins to about 9 mins.Stompa0
