Wasn't sure if this should go in the mobile section, or here. Please move if I've posted wrongly.
Been using skype to contact OH in the USA for months, had it's off days, but mostly been fine. The past month or so it disconnects every few minutes, tells me or the OH we have poor connection speed, despite the fact I'm basically sat on my router with VM's 50meg connection. When it is connected it's like you're listening to someone shout underwater.
Tried scydo but while the connection stays solid, it crackles constantly.
Thought of signing up to sipgate and using something like bria, great for me, but since OH is in the US they can't, tried to but was told they have no more numbers, so no go for them.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Needs to be an iphone app with great call quality that wont disconnect every ten seconds like skype.
Thanks.
