Those guys on that site / link, have been predicting a crash every year for the last 5 years ! and it still has not happened. So take what they say with a BIG pinch of salt.
On that site it's like one of those end of the world cult groups.:rotfl:

Ok so we can all have a guess at whats going to happen but all this only adds to the fire. Yes things are looking grimmer but christ get over it. As a word of advice to anyone 1 out of 50 top analysts said that there would be a rate rise in Jan. Make sure you do your sums and for god sake put every last drop of money you have into savings, bonds etc so offset your hikes in payments simple.
