I bought the ex Robert Welch knives a couple of years ago but I have to say the knives that were glitching a few months ago are even better - the Professional ones in the flat block. Big thanks to my mum for managing to get them as my locals weren't glitching

These are my favourite knives the ones in the laydown block:)

The scanner is broken at the vacuum building & Oasterleigh was ridiculous on Wednesday nothing had a SEL and there is only the scanner upstairs, I had WORDS with one of the management again about the downstairs scanners not being replaced.

Qpranger, the scanner by fruit & veg in the Vacuum building is broken but they have another "secret" one that works ;) It's with the toiletries, it's on one of those aisles, I think it's the shampoo one but not 100% sure, but it was working this week:T:T

Morning everyone, no T's for me yesterday but will make up for it tonight;)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

The impulse you need to be looking out for. HTH
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!
  • Morning all.

Still not found the money.... cant rememeber who it was after scanning through the posts from last night after i went to bed, and this morning, but someone said that the money would be quite bulky.. it was!! - thats how i cant understand how weve lost it....??!!!! hard to lose it?!!!!!

still gutted but determined to be able to raise enough cash to get this house.. id say i have about a week max until the credit checks come back and we have to put the deposit in to secure the house...... just hope no one gets in there before us....

I know you are all dead against this, but i think we are gonna have to car boot, and maybe e-bay, some of the glitches and toys that i had stored..... hopefully that will raise a bit of cash too. :)

And (sorry about the spelling) Darroch.. thank you so much for your offer of contributing.. but i couldnt possibly accept anything like that.. it is such a lovely gesture, but i couldnt do that to you, or anyone else... im sure we will figure it out somehow....

FrenchKnickers - Yeah will defo like to meet up sometime and do a shopping spree together.. you will have to let me know where your locals are, i would love to try a new store (with scanners) so we could go on a little mission somewhere?? - would obviously have to be in a week or so, as im a little skint ATM so once weve managed to sort the house out at this end.. im free most of the time. :) - will pm you the message i sent again when i get back.. off out now to sell my children on the black market.. ;)

That last bit was a joke btw...
.. im gonna sell the Other Half instead..

anyway, off to see what i can sort out.. have a good day everyone. :)

Cheers artha as you will see from my profile i am from Glasgow and most of us pull no punches, albeit the neighbourhood i live in, some of them think they are snobs and it does annoy me now and again, but they all are feeling the pinch just now as well as me and my family ( i hear the whispers ) and they just carry on with the "snobby chat at school times" but as a wise person once said " You have two ears and one mouth, use them wisely ". ;)

I had a good job and was doing Ok untill last year, but i reckon that a lot of us in here can relate to that.
Hence my comment about the Tory's :rotfl:

My thought is "Think what you like in your head but watch what comes out of your mouth".

Ok I think I found some new bargains!

The england ones where 4p, there are 2 pairs, the other pair says 'lucky socks'

Also found the light blue ones and the pair I am wearing, one pair was 50p and one pair was 75p. Not 4p but scanning as less and I liked the price :)

    Pic here http://www.flickr.com/photos/26222919@N07/6311844470/

Also found the grumpy socks, (there was a pair missing from the pack but still 4 pairs for 4p!) got 2 more pairs of family guy socks, pink animal socks, grey 100 denier tights. There were some england and wales rugby boxers but DH not a rugby fan so left them for someone else!

V happy, soooo want to go back today. Well I have to shop, right??

It also worked for me online so I am now off to see if it works instore.:)

If it does, it means sultanas, raisins etc work out at half normal price!:j
So that will be homemade christmas cake and puddings!:D
It only works on multiples of six.

It works on multiples of three on the small bags of Frootz.
  • Just tried the Whitworths glitch online.. seems to work best in 6s??.. i could be wrong.... but if someone else wants to try.. give it a go... i did it on the kids rasins. x

According to HUKD there is a glitch on Whitworths products including raisin snacks and Frootz. It is taking off two discounts. I've just checked online and it's doing the same there too.

I'm really confused with this one! Trying it online and no matter how many I put in it tells me I'm missing a discount (either the 2 for £3 or the 3 for 2) Can't work out how many to buy? lol
